A small selection of case studies from personal projects and independent work.

Much of my professional work sits behind NDAs, client confidentiality, or product constraints, so I am currently sharing projects where I can speak openly about the process, decisions, and outcomes.

This section is home to experiments, ambitious ideas, unusual architectures, and the occasional crazy project. Some succeeded, some didn’t, but every one of them taught me something.
